Emma James

Emma moved to Pembrokeshire in 2010 having graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Emma started off as a mixed vet at The Oak, now; she is one of the regular faces of the small animal team. Emma enjoys all aspects of small animal work, including cardiology, veterinary medicine and surgery.

Emma enjoys meeting our clients and their lovely pets. Outside work, Emma enjoys spending time out and about in the Pembrokeshire countryside with her two young children and, in a past life, enjoyed doing mini triathlons.

Emma loves the Pembrokeshire coast and its beaches. She has a cat named Murdoch, who arrived at the practice only a few weeks old with difficulties moving his hind limb. With the help of physiotherapy, he is now a healthy young cat, who rules the roost on the farm.
